Last year alone, our team facilitated more than 16,020 performances in 68 countries. That’s more than 120 performances a day!

We love the arts, which goes without saying, but are also passionate about our own and our artists’ social, ethical and environmental impact on the wider world.

We believe in a working environment where people enjoy their work and are supported to reach their full potential because together, we are greater than the sum of our parts. Our benefits include private medical insurance, confidential Employee Assistance Programme, life insurance, cycle to work, TOIL, career and wellbeing reviews, enhanced family leave, and yearly personal development allowance. We also want to support the community, organisations and charities that matter to you so every year we give you paid time off so you can support them with your time and skills.

We have a career development structure that clearly identifies the experience and skills you need to progress your career. You can expect a culture of learning in which teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is valued and respected. We want to empower you to build a successful and rewarding career. Donagh Collins started at Askonas Holt as a Project Administrator in our Tours and Projects department and is now our Chief Executive. We have many members of our team who joined us as interns and now have successful careers at Askonas Holt.

We operate in an open-minded and approachable way, cultivating meaningful relationships around the globe by acting with honesty and integrity.

We genuinely like each other's company, and spend time together through communal lunches, supporting artists at concerts around the world, regular office get-togethers, and social events after work.

Diversity & Inclusion

Askonas Holt is committed to being a diverse, equitable and inclusive company. Inclusion to us means creating an environment at Askonas Holt where colleagues are able to be themselves at work. We strive to be conscious of and actively challenge bias or prejudice to make sure no one is treated less favourably because of who they are or what makes them different to other people. Music transcends boundaries, and at AH we work on a global stage. Our staff come together in teams but behind the strength of those teams lies the contribution of the individual. The more wide-ranging the passions, experiences, quirks and personalities of our staff, the further across society our music can reach. We endeavour to create opportunities through collaborations with 10,000 Black Interns, the Arts Emergency, Creative Access and other external organisations with extensive expertise.

Recruitment Agencies

At Askonas Holt we actively manage our own recruitment. On the rare occasions that we use agencies, we have an excellent and comprehensive preferred supplier list in place with negotiated terms and conditions. Unless we contact you, we will not accept agency applications.
