Polina Lebedieva is a Ukrainian conductor based in Paris. From September 2026, she takes up a two-season appointment as Conductor in Residence at the Opéra national de Paris. She is also Assistant Conductor of Ensemble Intercontemporain and an Award Recipient of the Taki Alsop Conducting Fellowship for 2026–2028.

26/27 season includes the season-opening concert at Opéra Bastille, alongside engagements with Orchestre National des Pays de la Loire, Orchestre de Picardie, Kyiv Baroque Fest with the Kyiv Chamber Orchestra, and a return to Orchestre du Pays Basque following her debut with the orchestra. Recent engagements also include Berner Symphonieorchester, Lviv National Philharmonic, Kurpfälzisches Kammerorchester and Philharmonisches Orchester Gießen.

Polina was a semi-finalist at both the Mahler Conducting Competition in Bamberg and the International Conducting Competition Rotterdam, and a finalist for the Prix Fabuleuse Signature in 2023 and 2024. She was named a Britten Pears Young Artist for 2023–2024, taking part in the Royal Opera House and Britten Pears programme The Conductor as Dramaturg.

She has worked with orchestras and ensembles including Ensemble Intercontemporain, Orchestre National des Pays de la Loire, Orchestre du Pays Basque, Berner Symphonieorchester, Lviv National Philharmonic, Orchestre National de Cannes, Philzuid, Kurpfälzisches Kammerorchester, London City Philharmonic and the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine, with whom she opened the Bachfest Leipzig in 2022.
