Ed joined the Tours & Projects department in June 2026. After graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2020 with a BMus specialising in orchestral percussion, he began his career in the Performance department at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. He then spent five years at the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, most recently as Projects Manager, where he was responsible for the technical delivery of the orchestra’s concert season, as well as managing the ensemble and visiting artists at concerts, on tour and at Glyndebourne Festival Opera. He also supported the development of the orchestra’s residency at Acland Burghley School. Outside of work, Ed enjoys cooking, discovering new restaurants in London, theatre, and spending weekends away with friends.
