Phyllida Martignetti

Phyllida joined Askonas Holt in April 2026, having previously worked as Development and Events Coordinator at the Academy of Ancient Music. In this role, she supported artist relations, managed contracts, and delivered high-profile events across Cambridge and London, working closely with performers, donors, and senior stakeholders. She completed an MPhil in Music at the University of Cambridge, specialising in the music and culture of the Caribbean island of Haiti, and gained her BMus Hons undergraduate degree in Vocal Studies from the Royal Northern College of Music. She has also recently completed a law conversion, developing a particular interest in contract and commercial practice within the arts, and in the structures that support creative careers. Outside of work, Phyllida enjoys baking, reading and creative writing, and can usually be found attending concerts, theatre performances, and film screenings.
